He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jenkins Hurt and Arlene Greenwell Hurt. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Hiett (Peter) of Kingston Springs, TN. and Glenn Hurt (Deborah) of McEwen, TN; his nieces and nephews, Emily Lowery (Shane), Beth Daniel (Doug), Jennifer McMinn (Josh), Bert Cording (Meagan) and Chris Cording; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Talia, Sarah, Julie, Pace and William; his uncle Herbert; and his aunts, Shirley Greenwell and Veronica Greenwell.
