He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Boone and Ellis Hooper; his wife Delma Lee Nesbitt-Hooper; and his sons, John Alan and Phillip Ray Hooper.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Elias Alan Hooper (Katie) of Clarksville, TN, Hannah Pearl Hooper of Burns, TN and Emma Agnes Hooper (Cheyenne) of McEwen, TN; his great grandchildren, Ivana Disney and Ophelia Upchurch-Hooper; and his cousin Warren Patterson. He is also survived by many loving extended family members, friends, neighbors.
