He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hedge Capps and Lena Estes Capps; and his wife Sarah Capps. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Duane Capps, Herbert Randall Capps, Ronald Edward Capps and Donna Pickens (Robby); and his brothers, Rufus Capps, Bobby Capps and Roy Capps. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Humphreys County Funeral Home (217 E Main St, Waverly, TN 37185). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
