It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Lynn Neely (McEwen, Tennessee), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Diana Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Diana Lynn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Wesley Curtis and Hazel Leonia Edwards Curtis; and her husband Larry Neely. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Scott Neely (Tammy) of McEwen, TN, Jeremy Craig Neely (Lee Ann) of McEwen, TN and Cynthia Tomlinson (Noah) of Waverly, TN.; and her sister Leca Darlene Crowell of McEwen, TN.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McEwen Center (31 Indian Creek Rd, McEwen, TN 37101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
