He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zier and Doris DeLeon Zier; and his sister Daphne Truesdell. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Zier of McEwen, TN; his sons, Adam Zier of Charlotte, TN and Matthew Zier of Dickson, TN; his brothers, David Zier of Lakeland, FL and Warren Zier of Waupaka, WI; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Daria Zier of Dickson, TN, Asher and Abigail Zier.
