He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Brack McCarson of McEwen, TN.; his children, Kenneth McCarson (Aimee) of McEwen, TN, Peggy Hand of Bon Aqua, TN, Jerry McCarson (Jane) of McEwen, TN and Bruce McCarson (Jennifer) of McEwen, TN.; his siblings, Sandra Lane of McEwen, TN., Shirley Proctor of McEwen, TN., Priscilla Powers (Edwin) of McEwen, TN., Patricia Ross of McEwen, TN. and James McCarson (Michelle) of McEwen, TN.; and his brothers-in-law, Doyle Stockdale, Clifton Wheeler and Neil Proctor. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren 19 Great Grandchildren.
