He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Brooks of Cleveland; his children, Ami Burns (Jimmy) of McDonald and Brad Scoggins of Cleveland; his brother Jack Brooks, Jr. (Sandy) of Hixson; his grandchildren, Chayse Burns of McDonald, Preston and Jordan Scoggins of Cleveland; and his great grandchild Bowen Scoggins of Dalton.
