She is survived by: her children, Bekki Samples (David), Georgia Ann Hindman (Roger) and John Townsend (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Amber Hopton, Cody Townsend (Valerie), Garrett Samples (Katlyn), Victoria Skiba (Chase), Jacob Samples, Josh Messer, Carla Moody and Stephanie Goodine (Dennis); her siblings, Betty Moore (Danny), Mary Butler (Grady), Janna Young, Ella Keeton (LeRoy) and James Thomas Duckett (Deborah); her son-in-law David Samples; and also Jerry Barnes. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
