He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Vann and Debra Vann; and his brother Troy Vann. He is survived by: his children, Alyssa Vann, Joshua Vann, Olivia Pate and Zackery Vann; his siblings, Victoria Hester, Tony Vann, Amy Leeper and Monica Whitley; and his grandchildren, Greyson Jones, Camden Jones and Sierra Vann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made at the funeral home for funeral expenses.
