He was predeceased by: his wives, Mary Evelyn Loy and Ruby "Kate" Loy; his parents, Grade Loy and Myrtle Loy; his siblings, Ralph, Bill, John, Bernice Coppock and Lou Ella Evans; his grandson Cody Davis; and his brother-in-law Ermal Breeding.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Rigsby (David), Kathy Irick (Steven), Earl Jr. Loy (Sharon), Teresa Davis (Burt), Jeannie Moore (Gary), Reneé Bills (Mark) and Earlene Loy; his grandchildren, Amy Rush (David), Jeremy Rigsby (Leslie), Jonathan Rigsby (Lindsay), Ethan, Kelly Irick, Andrea Hensley (Rodney), Laura Floyd, Casey Moore (Leslee), Lindsay DeBusk (Adam), Emily, Amelia Bills and Brooke Black; his great grandchildren, Tenley, Roan, Zane, Finn, Evelyn, Blake, Dylan, Avery, Hayes, Reece, Rhett, Landon, Aubrey and Lincoln; his close friend Melissa Bailey; his siblings, Sue Breeding and Wayne Loy; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Coppock and Swan Evans. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
