He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnis Clay and Dolphia Mize (Edmondson); his brother Eddie Clay Mize; and his daughter Sherri Lynn Coggin. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Boudreaux; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Landon and Cameron; his son-in-law Jason Coggin; his children, Maggie and Cash; and his siblings, Jimmy (Helen), Martha (Bill) and Susan (Jim). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nephews.
