She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Lay and Virgie Lay; her children, Barbara Baker and Keith Baker; and her siblings, A. J. Lay, Elvin "Preach" Lay, Junior Lay, Ralph Lay and Amy Lynch.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Cole; her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Tammy Baker of Westminster, Maryland; her daughter Kim Baker of Maynardville; her stepson Wayne Cole (Debbie) of Maynardville; and her sister Dula Hamilton of Knoxville.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made toward funeral expenses.
