He is survived by: his grandparents, Fred "Pete", Nancy Chadwell and Robert Lee Hauther, Jr. (Tyler); his parents, Gary "Scott" Chadwell (Lisa) and Angelia Hauther Helms (Arthur); his siblings, Brittany Wolff (Chris), Rachel Helms and Tanner Chadwell (Tiffany); his grandmother Sharon Flatford; his aunt Missy Chadwell; his close friend Jill Creswell; his cousin Abby Chadwell; and also, Mason (Kara Adkins) and Starlet (Rachel Greene). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
