He is survived by: his wife Angela Middleton; his children, Stephanie Chisum (Jimmy Kiser), Kelly Middleton and Randy Chisum (Chelsey Wyrick); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Makenzie, Joshua Chisum, Tanner Kiser, Jaxson Miller, Tate Beeler, Maddix, Maleya Wyrick and Emily Kennedy; his siblings, Rita Middleton, Jean (Greg McCarter), Carlotta (Wayne Patterson), Darla (Ed Thompson), Janice (Red Bailey) and Wayne (Penny Middleton); his father-in-law Steve Snelson; his sister-in-law Debra Middleton; and his close friend James Wynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
