He was predeceased by: his son Steven Miracle, Jr.; his father Eugene Miracle; his sisters, Angie Miracle and Paula Killion; and his nephew Dustin Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Miracle; his granddaughter Anna Marie Miracle; his stepchildren, DeWayne Perry, Travis Perry and Ryan Perry; his mother Jane Miracle; his siblings, Jeff Miracle (Angie), Tammy Miracle, Rhonda Wood (Brian) and Crissie Miracle; and his mother-in-law Glenna Ownby.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807).
