He is survived by: his wife Kathy Atkins (Davis); his mother-in-law Edna Davis; his children, Scottie Atkins (Amanda), Beth Davis (Dennis), Debbie Setzer (Daniel) and Tammy Muncey; his grandchildren, Preston, Michael, Justin, Jaxon, Brandon, Katie, Brittany, Bailee and Adalynn; his sister Patsy McCall; and his close friends, Lonas, John and Tyler.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made for funeral expenses at the funeral home.
