He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wynn; his children, Tammy Kell (David) and Kenneth Wynn (Misty); his grandchildren, Brandon Wynn (Chassity), Rebekah Meyers (Austin), MacKenzie Eubanks (Peyton), Eli Kell and Joshua Wynn (Cassie); and his siblings, Roger Wynn, Alena Ailor, Wilma Wallace and Ruby Jean Vineyard. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
