She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Tharp and Mary Jane Tharp; her husband Henry C. Raley; her daughter Tamra Raley; and her siblings, Bruce Tharp and Helen Raley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Tharp and Daniel Raley; her grandchildren, Stacey Phillips and Ashley Harman; and her sisters, Doris Lewis, Ina Carol Turner, Ruby Jean Bernard and Virginia Tharp. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
