It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Washam of Maynardville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Rev. Clarence, Jean Johnson, Dugan and Hester Carmon; her brother Wayne Johnson; her nephew Brandon Johnson; her mother-in-law Linda Tharp Washam; her husband Richie Washam; her stepson Derek Washam; her stepgrandchildren, Avonlea Washam of Maynardville and Henley Washam of Luttrell; her parents, Steve Johnson and Marie Johnson of Maynardville; her siblings, Glen Johnson (Kelsey), Scott Johnson, Kenny Johnson (Jami) and Karen Anderson (Virgil); her father-in-law Lowell Washam; and also Linda Hobock. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations and may be made to the funeral home, as an expression.
