He was predeceased by: his sister Becky Tolliver; his niece Dessarae Huff; and his grandparents, Calday, Francis Wyrick, Cas and Agnes Tolliver.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Wyrick Rutherford and Bradley Tolliver; his children, Lakin and Seth Russell; his grandchildren, Elisha, Dawson Russell and Raelyn Brogdon; his brother Michael Tolliver (Danielle); his nieces, Ali Tolliver and Nikki Moss; his nephew Josh Moss; and his close friend Lisa Wilkerson. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for funeral expenses at the funeral home.
