She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Shope; her mother Lettie Beeler (Bone); her parents-in-law, David and Bertie Shope; her brother Gary Beeler; and her son-in-law Tim Hopson.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hopson, Stephanie Blackburn (Robert), LeAnn Ray, Stacy Shope (Kristy Savage), Natasha Gentry (Charles), Todd Shope (Marlena) and Kendra Casillas (David); and her sister Artie Beason (Charles). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends.
