It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Roger Howe Sr. of Maynardville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howe and Marcella Howe; and his sister Anita Costa. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Howe; and his children, Tabatha Shope, Roy Howe, Jr., Janice Oliver and Joseph Howe. He is also survived by grandchildren and great children along with many nieces and nephews.
