He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Norris and Maudie Norris (Smith); and his brother David Norris. He is survived by: his brother James Norris of Maynardville; and his girlfriend Melissa Brooks.

Cremation is planned and due to Covid-19, there will be no services.
