He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nicley and Manda Hatfield Evans Nicley; and his brothers, Earl Evans and Glen Nicley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Nicley; his sister Eloise Workman; his children, Melissa Cagle (Reeford), Randall Nicley and Wendi Curnutt (Todd); his grandchildren, Rance Cagle, Jr., Chelsea Nicley (Jeremy Smith), Tyler Nicley and Briley Curnutt; and his close friends, Randy Grimes, Victor Hurst and Charles Norton. He is also survived by his wife of 57 years and adored his children and grandchildren.
