She was predeceased by: her mother Terri Fernandez; her grandparents, Floyd, Joan Whited, Harry and Helen Helms; her cousin Paul Whited; and her niece Paislee Harrington.
She is survived by: her father Clayton Helms (Sharon); her son Clay Helms; and her siblings, Kim Barkman (Wayne), Christina Turner (Elijah) and Shyla Harrington (Stephen). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
