He was predeceased by: his father Teddy Collins; and his grandmother Juanita Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Linda Collins; his children, Robert Collins-Spohn, Haley Collins, William Collins and Shea Collins; his siblings, Rita Collins (Debbie Keithley), Glen (Casey Collins), Beth Collins (Robert Lee) and Helen (Doug Swaggerty); and his niece Maranda Black.
