He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond McDonnell and Harriet McDonnell. He is survived by: his wife Edwina Blair McDonnell of Maynardville; his children, Carol Cobb (Stephen) of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Raymond Everett McDonnell, III (Lauren) of Powell and Marshall McDonnell (Rachel) of Powell; his grandchildren, Caleb Cobb, Annabeth McDonnell, Noah McDonnell and Ethan McDonnell; and his siblings, Barbara Anderson (Jack), Michael McDonnell and Mark McDonnell (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ray's memory to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.
