She was predeceased by: her mother Dena Raley (Koch); and her siblings, Dorothy Raley, Evelyn Raley, Edith Kitts, Geneva Lay and Raymond Lewis Raley.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Osborne of Knoxville; and her siblings, Maxcene Monroe of Knoxville, Betty Brooks of Knoxville, Christine Leach (H. E. Leach) of Knoxville, Dewey Raley of Knoxville and H. I. Raley, Jr. (Cheryl) of Maynardville. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
