He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucille Booker; his son Mitchell Booker; his daughter-in-law Donna Booker; his parents, Herbert Booker and Edith Booker; and his siblings, Helen Branson (Franklin) and Kenneth Booker (Barbara).
He is survived by: his wife Trish; his children, Becky Huskey (Chuck) and Marty Booker; his extended family, Deanna Kling, Jennifer Buckner and Callie Buckner; and his grandson Josh Booker (Trish). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
