He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Needham and Otha Needham; and his brother-in-law Steve Stooksbury. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirlene Booker (H. E.) of Gray, Kimberly Presley (Ron) of Maynardville and Gregory Needham of Maynardville; and his close friend Dr. Bruce Allsop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, two great nieces; one great nephew.
