She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Blevins and Betty Blevins (Napier); her siblings, Woodrow, William, Green, George, Carter Blevins, Nancy Burkhart, Georgia Blevins and Rellab Blevins; her nephew Jason Blevins; and her niece Carla Blevins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Evelyn Kirkland of Maynardville, Bernetta Carroll of Luttrell and Louise Lewis of Harlan, Kentucky; and her nephews, Josh Blevins and Casey Blevins.
