He is survived by: his wife Brooke Danielle Lee; his children, Justin Lee, Brianna Lee (Tyler Baldwin), Zoe Lee, Natalie Welch and Maddyn Monroe Lee; his mother Gloria Simpkins Lee; his brother Charles Brian Lee (Martee); his grandchildren, Kinsley Wallace, Kylan Baldwin and Grayson Baldwin; his parents-in-law, Trish Effler and Tim Effler; and his friend Tammy Heath. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
