He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Helen Lewis; and his siblings, Joseph Lewis of David Lewis, Janet Lewis, Shirley Nicely (Fred) and Stephanie Bailes (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
