He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Jerry Edward Lucas, Jr. and Tyra Lucas Spears; his wife Sharon Kaye Lucas; his children, Austin Brett Lucas, Keith Ewing Lucas and Dayna Leigh Lucas; his grandchildren, Madison Nicole Minyard and Keeley Shaye Cox; and also Ellie Renae Bramlett.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 7:00 AM and at 7:00 PM. Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A procession was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Skaggs Cemetery.
