He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Bailey; his parents, Wilma Smith Bailey and William Franklin Bailey, Sr.; and his siblings, Teresa Lou Early and David Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Wilson (Rusty); his stepchildren, Donna Heath (Steve) and Jeff Treece (Jill); his grandchildren, Brandon Wilson (Samantha), Bryston Wilson (Olivia), Caragen Bailey (James), Calington Wilson (Colby Shope), Austin Moore, Colby Moore (Desaurai Wyrick), Allison Rachael Eubanks (Scott), Robby Treece and John Treece; his great grandchildren, Raiden, Ember, Baylor Wilson, Rhyett, Colt, Ridge Wilson, Blakely, Paisley Moore, Collin and Makinzee Eubanks; his sisters, Sandra Phillips (Mike Musson) and Darlene Bailey; and his friend Colleen Wilson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM. A procession was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
