He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Hayes; and his brother Jackie Hayes, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Anna Hayes; his children, Tanner Hayes of Maynardville, Ethan Hayes of Maynardville and Gracie Hayes of Maynardville; his nephew Dustin Hayes; his niece Annalinne Hayes; and his aunt Mable Flatford (Elwood). He is also survived by Several cousins and other relatives along with a host of friends.
