He is survived by: his siblings, Leora Searce, Vickie Soloman and Jessie Baker (Tammy); and his children, Tim Baker (Velda), John Baker (Janie), Chris Baker, Terry Baker, Frankie Baker (Joan), Rick Baker (Lisa), Tommy Rutherford, Richard Rutherford, Linda Cole (Eddie), Debbie Beeler (Randy), Tammy Munsey (Jesse) and Michelle Rutherford. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
