He is survived by: his wife Helen Mae Capps (Pierce); his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law William F. "Bill" Slaughter; his son Randall; his daughter-in-law Julie Capps (Eldridge); and his grandchildren, William Samuel "Sam" Slaughter, John Andrew Capps, Cathleen Conover Capps and Davis Michael Capps.
Due to Covid-19 there will be a call at your convenience held at Trinity Funeral Home, Maynardville on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p. m.
