He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Eva Foust, Alba Mae Farris and LeRoy Vandergriff; his mother Shirley A. Foust (Baby); and his brother Michael Foust.
He is survived by: his father Earnest Foust; his siblings, Jerry, Boone, Tim (Dawn), Gayle Nichols, Debbie Bradford (Dennis), Shelia Evans, Teresa Carney (John), Vanessa Foust and Christy Turner (Jeff); his daughter Heaven Foust; and his grandchildren, Brae'Lynn, Kiersten and Cypher.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church (120 Chestnut Grove Rd, Maynardville, TN 37807).
