Rigsbee (Shirley) of Marion, IN; her sister Angela Wimsatt (Wayne Rubow) of Peru, IN; her half-brother David Ryan Owens of Marion, IN; her uncles, Michael Poling of Gas City, IN, Franklin Mark (Rhonda) of Van Buren, IN and Greg Mark (Heather) of Marion, IN; her aunt Diane Pinkleton of Marion, IN; her mother-in-law Sandra Flynn of Knoxville, TN; her sister-in-law Melody Harris (Randy); her nieces and nephews, Landon, Haileigh Jarreau of Peru, IN and Allie Harris of Knoxville, TN; her close friends, Amber Campbell of Gas City, IN and Mary McCrackin of Knoxville, TN; and her pets, Gray and Dusty. She is also survived by her husband, shopping and loving on her fur babies.
