He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Terry Collins (Sandy) and Mike Collins (Jeanne); and his grandchildren, David Collins (Lauren), Daniel Collins (Nikki), Dylan Collins, Matthew Collins, Devin Collins, Sunshine Carter and Terry Bill Harness. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
