He is survived by: his son Richard Buckner (Gwen); his granddaughters, Jennifer, Megan and Sondra Bailey; and his siblings, Glenn Buckner and Carolyn Norris (Alvin) of Maynardville. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
