Foust; his children, Jacob Lee Foust, Jr. and Lucy Gail Foust; his siblings, Glen Foust, Mary Foust, Larry Foust, Linda Foust, Carl "Bernie" Foust, Jewell Hutchens and Phyllis Muncey (James); his father-in-law Calvin J. Stafford; his siblings-in-law, Linda G. Shope (Alfred) and Jesse Stafford (Debbie); and his close friends, Theresa Foust (Cricket), Mike Harris, Jamie Harris, James Stafford, Donna Stafford, Ashley Payne, Connie Norris, Bob Baker, Karen Baker, Calvin Nicley, Vickie Ryder and Dean Hutchens.
