He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Ann Lewis Jarvis; his granddaughters, Lori Clay (Ronnie) and Misty Seal (Damon); his great grandchildren, Kalee Clay, Halli Seal, Layla Seal, Emily Clay and Lucy Seal; his sister Trilla Lewis Walker; and his sister-in-law Mary Lee Vining.
