He is survived by: his wife Wilma Muncey (Walton); his sons, Eddie Ray Muncey (Brittany) and Jackie Ray Muncey (Sharon); his grandchildren, Justin Ray Muncey, Jaxen Ray Muncey, McKenzie Rhea Muncey and Easton Ray Muncey; and his siblings, Jay Harold Muncey, Paul Don Muncey, Jessie Faye Mills, Brenda Sue Goins and Annette Cowart.
