She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Waggoner and Thelma Painter; her stepmother Nell Waggoner; her sister Wilma Coffey; her brothers-in-law, Frank Coffey, Jack Welch and Seburn Huskey; and her nieces, Crissy Sexton and Debbie Livingston.
She is survived by: her children, Rich Stallard (Margaret) and Vickie Coffey; her grandchildren, James Ramirez (Andrea), Nikki Stallard, Kyle Stallard (Jacqueline), Amanda Riggs (Ray) and Katherine D'Andrea (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Logan Ramirez, Lincoln Ramirez, Grayson Stallard and Gabriella Stallard; her grandson Hayden Riggs; and her siblings, Kenneth Waggoner (Christine), Glen Waggoner (Wilma), Joann Huskey, Sue Sexton (Don) and Donna Welch.
