She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Andrew and Nellie Flossie Miller (Weaver); her husband Hamilton Devine "H. D." Beason; and her siblings, Lee (Polly), Delone (Georgia), Chalmer Miller (Maxine), Velma Hankins (Claude) and Evelyn Holloway (Paul).
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Clapp (Jeff); her grandson Todd Looney; her niece Brenda; her nephew Larry Lay; and her caregiver Linda Greene.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807).
