Ballard of Maynardville, Tennessee, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Ashley and Etta Mae Ballard (Carter); and her sister Theresa Chittum.
