He was predeceased by: his father Brownie Flatford; and his brother Ronnie "Bayo" Flatford. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Pursiful (Josh) and Kellie Smith; his grandchildren, Allie Smith, Jacob, Hunter Pursiful and Rayland Smith; his mother Bernice Flatford; his brothers, Gene Flatford (Debbie), Terry Flatford (Teresa), Randy Flatford and Roger Flatford (Dawn); and his former wife Teresa Flatford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
