She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Shoemaker and Tina Shoemaker; her children, Dylan Sparks (Ammie), Eddie Burton (Chasity), Tina Humphrey and Brandon Sparks; her grandchildren, Abel, Cora and Jace; and her siblings, Timmy Shoemaker (Cecilia) and Sherry Potter (Brian).
